Are you in need of a landscaper? Are your kids about to finish school? Why not let your kids help out by re-doing part of your yard. It is a great way to spend the day with your kids. Use your new little landscapers to choose shrubs or plants for your little area. After you have made a plan start by setting out the plants and digging the holes. Make sure your children don’t dig the holes too close together, plants need space to grow.
Once you have finished digging the holes it is time to start planting. If your little landscapers are too young you place the plants in the holes yourself so as not to damage them. Once they are in the holes get your child to follow behind and gently fill them with dirt. I would do one at a time just to make sure the plants don’t get damaged. The last step is to water everything in. Hand the hose over to your new landscaper and let him go wild. Just don’t overdo it, you don’t want hurt your new plants.
And of course, have fun and take pictures!
